The spaces will be divided between exhibitors in spring 2024 taking into account the wishes and needs of every company.

Build-up and tear-down

Unfortunately  Zuiderkerk is not in active use on regular basis, so it is not possible to send materials in advance!

Regarding the build up, it is possible from 4 to 6pm on Sunday and from 7.45 to 9am on Monday.

The tear down is after the end of the second day, it is from 4.30 to 6 pm.

Approach route:

Via the IJ tunnel and unloading in the St Antoniesbreestraat (deliveries not heavier than 7.5 tons)

Just the main entrace, it says that you can ring the bell at the door next to it under ‘suppliers’

The conference exhibition will take place mainly on the balcony of the Zuiderkerk. Some booths as well as the scientific posters will be located on the ground floor in the back of the conference seating area.

The booths are allocated as follows: 

Due to the unique premises, all exhibitors can listen to the lectures, but we kindly ask you to make a minimum amount of noise during the scientific program of the conference!
