Abstract submission terms:
♦ Abstracts for poster and oral presentations should be submitted electronically via the online form no later than on 29 February, 2024.
♦ The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts and a notification on the acceptance of the abstracts will be sent to the stated e-mail address by 31 March, 2024.
The presenting abstract author should have a confirmed and fully paid registration by the end of the reduced fee registration period to confirm their presentation at the conference.

Please note that submitted abstracts will undergo a review process by the Scientific Committee. The scoring will be based on the following criteria:

♦ Relevance: How compatible is the abstract with this conference?
♦ Originality: How novel is the material?
♦ Significance: How important is the abstract for the veterinary community?
♦ Quality: This parameter assesses the overall excellence of the abstract, considering factors such as clarity, methodology, and presentation

By submitting the abstract, authors agree to the review process and acknowledge that scores will be determined based on these criteria. Authors also retain the copyright of the abstract.
